Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner is main assailant.
Submission is that the petitioner is in custody since 06.09.2017. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent rather the deceased was himself a veteran criminal and he might have been killed somewhere else and thereafter the petitioner was implicated falsely due to enmity. Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail at this stage. Hence, prayer is refused. The learned Trial
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6778 of 2018 (2) dt.06-02-2018 Court is directed to expedite the trial and concluded the same within nine months.
