This application has been filed for quashing of order dated 06.12.2019 passed by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Deo P.S. Case No. 81 of 2018 by which learned Magistrate has taken cognizance against the petitioners and also set aside the part of the order passed by learned A.D.J-XV, Aurangabad in Criminal Revision Case No. 15 of 2020, CNR No. BRAUO1-000699-2020.
When both the parties were present and submitting their cases before Anchal Adhikari,
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48836 of 2022(4) dt.09-05-2023 2/2 the petitioners assaulted the informant with an iron rod on his head which cause injury over his head.
Learned counsel for the petitioners and opposite party no. 2 have jointly submitted that they want to settle their dispute and they don't want to continue with criminal case filed against each other. Therefore, they have prayed the cases filed by them each other be quashed.
Considered the submissions of the parties and interest of justice, Deo P.S. Case No. 81 of 2018, 80 of 2018 and 82 of 2018 are hereby quashed against all accused persons. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Harsh/ U T
