2. The present petition has been filed for initiating a contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 19.07.2017 passed in CWJC No. 5796 of 2011 along with CWJC No. 5698 of 2011.

3. Learned counsel for the opposite parties invites reference to Office Order No. 76 dated 26.06.2018 (Annexure-R/3) enclosed with the show cause filed on behalf of the opposite party nos. 1 to 5, according to which representations of the petitioners have been considered and disposed of in terms of the aforesaid order and the order of this Court stands complied with.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that payment found due in accordance with Office Order has yet to be made to the petitioners.

5. Having heard the parties and on perusal of the Office Order dated 26.06.2018 (Annexure-R/3), it would appear that the order of this Court requiring disposal of the representation of the petitioners has been complied with.
