The name of petitioner came in this case in confessional statement of co-accused, who disclosed that the petitioner used to purchase stolen vehicles and the vehicle of the present case had also been purchased by the petitioner who happens to be owner of garage. The petitioner carries criminal antecedent of three cases but admittedly, except confessional statement, there appears to be nothing against him. Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
