Petitioner seeks bail in Excise Case No.337 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a) and 30(c) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

It is alleged that total 10 litres Mahua liquor and 90 Kg. Mahua Jawa have been recovered kept under earth in front of house of the petitioner.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 14.06.2019 having clean antecedents. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of
