The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are the agnates of the husband of the deceased and they have been falsely implicated in this case only to squeeze money by making pressure though this case.

Considering the nature of allegation against these petitioners and also the fact that the some of the family members have been extended the privilege the anticipatory bail, let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest / surrender within a

No.32737 of 2015 (2) dt.18-08-2015 P2/2 period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the each amount to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Rasulpur P.S. Case No. 30/2013 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
