Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 407/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is in custody since 18.10.2017.

Petitioner was driver of the vehicle on which Fevicol of the informant was being carried to its destination. On the way, some of the cartoons were allegedly removed.

Considering the nature of allegation and the period already undergone by the petitioner who has got no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8752 of 2018 (2) dt.15-02-2018 to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Bihta Police Station Case No.820 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
