The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 354(D) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 66(E), 67 and 67(A) of the I.T. Act.

Prosecution case is that petitioner after making his fake I.D. uploaded the objectionable photographs of informant as well as her two Nanand namely Annu Rai and Payal Kumari on Face Book and while she made complaint before the parents of the petitioner and they threatened to the informant. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that petitioner is own Mama of the informant

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58518 of 2021(2) dt.20-06-2022 2/2 and there is no material against the petitioner and petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner, above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Katihar in connection with Azamnagar P.S. (Salmoni O.P.) Case No. 183 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
