Petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 10-05-2014 in a case registered under Section-392 of the Indian Penal Code on the accusation that looted motorcycle was recovered from his possession but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that when the informant was examined before the trial court, the informant could not identify the petitioner.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/_ (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Pandaul P.S. Case No. 58 of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34260 of 2015 (2) dt.09-09-2015 2013 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani.
