JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-02-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks regular bail in registered for the offences punishable under sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, petitioner fired frm his country made pistol which hit son of the informant causing his death during course of treatment.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner is in custody since 20.8.2020. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that there is direct and specific allegation against the petitioner that he fired on the victim causing his death.
