The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bachhawara P.S. Case No. 70 of 2021 registered for the offences under Sections 304(B), 201 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that petitioner nos.1 and 2, namely, Tetri Devi and Arvind Kumar @ Arvind Paswan are mother-in-law and father-in-law of the deceased and there is direct allegation of demand of dowry and torture against them, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to them. Their

So far as petitioner nos. 3 and 4, namely, Ajit Paswan @ Ajit Kumar and Pankaj Kumar @ Pankaj Paswan are concerned, they are brothers-in-law of the deceased and being junior members of the family, they do not seem to be involved in the commission of the crime.

Considering the aforesaid facts, the application for anticipatory bail on behalf of petitioner nos. 3 and 4, namely, Ajit Paswan @ Ajit Kumar and Pankaj Kumar @ Pankaj Paswan is allowed.

Accordingly, let petitioner nos. 3 and 4, namely, Ajit Paswan @ Ajit Kumar and Pankaj Kumar @ Pankaj Paswan, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Bachhawara P.S. Case No. 70 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
