The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 370 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner and others took away children from the village, including the brother of informant, for work. All the victims came and disclosed that they had gone at different places for work. Similarly situated accused Bigan Manjhi and another have already been enlarged on bail.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge,
