Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove the defects within three weeks of normal functioning of the court proceeding. In the eventuality of non-removal of defects within undertaken period, the office will place the matter before the Bench.

Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 320/120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms. Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 06.02.2020 regular bail of the petitioner was rejected with liberty to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. He submits that charge has been framed in this case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2290 of 2021(2) dt.09-03-2021 2/2 against the petitioner. He further submits that petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 24.04.2019. In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 206 of 2019, S.Tr. No. 229 of 2020. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) devendra/- U T
