Learned counsel for the appellants undertakes to remove the defects within four weeks of resumption of normal court functioning. In the eventuality of non-removal of defects within stipulated period, the office will place the matter before the Bench.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the appellants seeks permission to withdraw this appeal.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the instant appeal is dismissed as

However, appellants are directed to surrender before the learned Court below within six weeks from today and seek regular bail and the learned Court below would pass the order, preferably, on the same day, in accordance with law and considering that the appellants have been granted the benefit of Section 41(1) of the Cr.P.C.
