2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Dharhara P.S. Case No. 101 of 2024 registered for the offences under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the deceased died in the village of the petitioner. The deceased used to come and work in the village of the petitioner.

4. Petitioner no. 1 is a female and petitioner no. 02 is her relative.

5. It has come during investigation that the deceased used to stay at the house of the petitioner no. 1 for which the petitioner no. 2 threatened him and blood marks have been found in the house of the petitioner no. 1 on the bed and on the mosquito net.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this Court is not

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54961 of 2024(3) dt.25-09-2024 2/2 inclined to grant bail to petitioner no. 02 who used to threat the deceased.

7. Accordingly, this application is dismissed with regard to the petitioner no. 2.

8. So far as petitioner no. 1 (Sima Devi @ Jhumari Devi) is concerned, she is a lady and she is in custody since 24.04.2024, this application is allowed with regard to her only. She is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Munger in connection with Dharhara P.S. Case No. 101 of 2024.

9. As a condition of this order, the petitioner no. 1, after being released on bail is directed to co-operate in the trial either by appearing personally or through his lawyer in the trial Court on each and every date fixed by the trial Court. Noncompliance of the condition will result in cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioner no. 1.
