A show cause has been filed on behalf of opposite party nos. 2 to 4 in which it is stated that in pursuance to the order under contempt, the earlier Resolution No. 73 dated 04.01.2011 of the Department by which punishment was imposed upon the petitioner, was recalled vide Resolution No. 8272 dated 18.06.2014 of the State Government, subject to result of S.L.P. No. CC(S) 14711 of 2014. It is pointed out that the aforesaid
Patna High Court MJC No.2099 of 2014 (2) dt.04-08-2015 2/2 S.L.P. has also been dismissed.
In the aforesaid circumstances, there is no violation of the order under contempt. The contempt application is, accordingly, dismissed.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that payment to the petitioner on account of recall of the order has not been made. It is expected that the opposite parties shall ensure that full effect of the order under contempt is given by making payments to the petitioner in accordance with law.
