2. The appellant apprehends his arrest in connection with K. Hat (Maranga) P.S. Case No.321/2021 dated 10.04.2021 for the alleged offences under Section 304 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 (2) (v) of the SC/ST Act.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw this appeal.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

6. However, if the appellant surrenders before the learned Court below within six weeks from today and seek
