Learned counsel for the respondents raised preliminary objection that the Annexure-2 was issued by the Deputy Inspector General STC, BSF Kharkhan Camp (Punjab) and the same was served on the petitioner while he was in Punjab. Therefore, this Court has got no territorial jurisdiction.

On such, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to present the writ petition before the Punjab and Haryana High Court or appropriate Court having territorial jurisdiction. Prayer is allowed.
