Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Korha p.s. Case No. 114 of 2022 registered for the offence under sections 392, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the first information report and he has not committed any offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case merely on basis of confession of the co-accused. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48915 of 2022(8) dt.19-04-2023 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate Katihar in connection with Korha P.S. Case No. 114 of 2022 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Arvind Srivastava, J) mcv/- U T
