The petitioner seeks bail in Maranchi P.S. Case No. 105/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Some disputes arose on account of eve teasing of the girl students of the coaching of the informant. When the informant and his brother was returning after purchasing medicine Gaurab Kumar, Dharmendra @ Kara and Ram Murari Singh came and intercepted the informant and his brother. Gaurab and Ram Murari Singh caught his brother and Dharmendra @ Kara shot his brother near the right eye who died on the spot. The petitioner and Ram Murari Singh are also alleged to have fired but the informant did not get any injury.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32950 of 2015 (2) dt.19-08-2015 2/2 It is submitted that Ram Murari Singh has already been enlarged on bail. The petitioner is not the assailant of the deceased. The case of the petitioner is as that of Ram Murari Singh.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri R.K. Verma, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Barh, in connection with Maranchi P.S. Case No. 105/2014. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) Rakhi/- U T
