Mr. Satya Prakash Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that due to inadvertence in the cause title of Criminal Miscellaneous No. 18875 of 2016 address of the petitioners was wrongly mentioned while referring to the district. He submits that in place of "Samastipur", "Vaishali" has been typed in the said application in the cause title. Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to make necessary correction in the application i.e. Criminal Miscellaneous No. 18875 of 2016 in course of day. Let "Samastipur" be read in the order dated 06.05.2016 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 18875 of 2016

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24062 of 2016 (2) dt.22-06-2016 2/2 in place of "Vaishali".

The period of surrender before the Court below, as granted in the said order dated 06.05.2016, is extended by two weeks.
