2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.
3. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Amour P.S. Case No. 181 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 120 B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
4. As per the prosecution case, some unknown criminals had killed the deceased.
5. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case and there is no direct evidence against the petitioners.

6. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that other co-accused has already been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 26.05.2022 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 2962 of 2022.
7. Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that the petitioners are in custody since 19.01.2023.
8. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
9. Considering the aforesaid facts and for the reasons mentioned in the order dated 26.05.2022, this application for regular bail is allowed.
10. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Purnia in connection with Amour P.S. Case No. 181 of 2021.
