In the present restoration petition, an Interlocutory Application vide I.A. No.3369 of 2016 has been filed for

Patna High Court MJC No.1641 of 2016 (2) dt.20-02-2017 2/2 substituting legal heirs of petitioner no.1, who died on 26.12.2005. The main petition i.e. M.J.C. No.1641 of 2016 was filed on 21.04.2016 with a prayer to restore C.W.J.C.No.14907 of 2005, which stood dismissed long back on 18.09.2007 due to nonprosecution. Since the writ petition stood dismissed long back on 18.09.2007 due to non-prosecution, there is no reason to entertain either Interlocutory Application or restoration petition. Same stands dismissed.
