The petitioner prays for a recount. The writ petition is misconceived since the election is already over. The remedy whatsoever is available to the aggrieved under the provisions of the Bihar Panchayat Raj Act, 2006 and the Bihar Panchayat Election Rules framed thereunder. The petitioner, if so advised, can take recourse to the remedy so available to him in law. No cause for indulgence is made out.

The writ petition is dismissed.
