JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 26-07-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Hilsa P.S. Case No. 76 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 419, 467, 468, 471 & 120B of IPC and Section 10 of Bihar Secondary Examination Act, 1981. Allegation against the petitioner is that she allowed another girl to appear in her place and in the admit card, the photograph of that girl was also affixed.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that she has falsely been implicated in this case and she is ready to abide by any conditions imposed upon her.
Heard learned A.P.P. also.
Having heard both sides, considering the fact that petitioner is lady, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46497 of 2019(2) dt.26-07-2019 2/2 court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda, in connection with Hilsa P.S. Case No. 76 of 2018, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure with condition that she will co-operate in the investigation and appear as and when required.
