1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this is an application for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari or any other appropriate writ(s), order(s), Direction(s), for quashing the order dated 13.06.2023 passed in ICDS Revision case no. 28/2022, 29/2022 by the Id. Court of Commissioner Trihut Division, Muzaffarpur whereby the Revision filed by the petitioner against the order dated 18.01.2022 passed in dispute case no. 38/2019, has been

Patna High Court CWJC No.11151 of 2023(2) dt.18-12-2023 2/2 rejected and also to quash the order dated 18.01.2022 passed in dispute case no. 38/2019 by the District Programme Officer, West Chamapran whereby and whereunder appointment /selection of the petitioner against the post of Anganbari Sewika has been canceled and the petitioner further prays for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the respondent authorities to reinstate the petitioner in service with all consequential benefits attached to the post and/or for issuance of such other order/orders, direction/directions for which the petitioner may be found legally entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the case as stated hereinafter."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a suit before the learned Civil Court having competent jurisdiction, for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
