JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 17-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, some witnesses suspected about the involvement of the petitioner in the alleged crime and after that petitioner was arrested and confessed his guilt. Petitioner carries criminal antecedent of near about four cases but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the local police is in habit of implicating the petitioner in the cases which occur in the vicinity of the local police.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32671 of 2015 (2) dt.17-08-2015 2/2 be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha in connection with Chautarwa P.S.Case No. 127 of 2015.
