Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Pipra P.S.Case No. 229 of 2017, registered under Sections 363/366 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it is a case of elopement with the informant's wife but the lady has not stated about any sexual exploitation against the petitioner and he is in custody since 12.09.2017.
