2. The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Singhia P.S. Case No. 271 of 2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 353, 354, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, the informant along with police personnel on patrolling duty. The accused person including the petitioner tried to flee away after seeing the police party, but he was apprehended. In the meantime, two persons along with other lady came there and started abusing her and also both persons caught her collar and pressed her neck and they snatched her earring.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55163 of 2024(2) dt.14-08-2024 2/2 that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He has further submitted that nothing was recovered from possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is under custody since 15.11.2023.

5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Rosera Samastipur in connection with Singhia P.S. Case No. 271 of 2023, subject to the following conditions:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
