Petitioner is said to be main assailant and it appears that the trial of the petitioner is going on in full swing and only the doctor, the I.O. and some other prosecution witnesses have been left to be examined. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Forbesganj (Simraha) P.S. Case No. 82 of 2010 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 340 of 2011 pending in the court Learned Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Araria stands rejected.
