Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 425 OF 2017, Trial No. 1392 of 2018, registered under Sections 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the F.I.R. is against unknown and there is no material against the petitioner, except the call detail report of the mobile phone from which it appears that prior to death of deceased, Mukul Kumar talked with the petitioner by his mobile phone. It is further submitted that except confessional statement of the petitioner there is no other material against him and he has no criminal antecedent and the police has completed the investigation.
