This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Chhabilapur P.S. Case No. 113 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this bail application on behalf of petitioner no.3 namely, Ram Prit Yadav, as he has been arrested. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed as withdrawn as against petitioner no.3.

Looking to the seriousness of the allegation levelled against the petitioner no. 1 and 2, this is not a fit case
