The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "That this is an application for setting aside the letter No. 873 dated 14.11.2022 issued by the Sub Divisional Magistrate whereby and whereunder the learned Magistrate re-enter the respondent No. 5 Ratan Kumar Verma in the shop of petitioner without any information to the petitioner without any enquiry or proceeding."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CWJC No.11062 of 2023(2) dt.10-10-2023 2/2 petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
