2. The instant application for anticipatory bail has been filed by the petitioner apprehending his arrest in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case no. 141 of 2024 instituted for the offence under Sections 419 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 10 of the Bihar Conduct of Examination Act, 1981.

3. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was found impersonating one Kuntus Kumar.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during investigation the petitioner was given benefit of Section 41(A) of the Cr.P.C. The learned Trial Court has taken cognizance under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code. It is

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner is hereby directed to surrender before the trial Court and the trial Court will dispose of his bail application on the same day, considering the fact that the petitioner was given the benefit of Section 41(A) of the Cr.P.C. and the petitioner has cooperated during investigation of the case.

6. Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application stands disposed of.
