Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Ghoghardiha P.S. Case No.76 of 2017, registered under Sections 149, 147, 148, 341, 323, 504, 506, 324 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

Specific allegation against the petitioner is that he assaulted the nephew of the informant.
