Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 342, 307, 353, 121(A), 122, 124(A) of the Indian Penal Code, 25(1-b)a, 27 of the Arms Act, 17 of C.L.A. Act and 16(1)(b),20,38 of the UAPA Act.

35 persons are named in the FIR as members of the Naxal Group, who fired at the police party. Petitioner is one of them. Petitioner is a female having no specific allegation. She is in custody since 12.06.2020. Investigation of the case is already complete. Petitioner is accused in one more case.

No.3418 of 2021(2) dt.09-04-2021 2/2 Considering the nature of material against the petitioner and completion of investigation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Madanpur Police Station Case No.162 of 2017,G.R.No.1319 of 2017 with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
