2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that although the regular bail petition of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 25.09.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 51592 of 2024 but the petitioner is renewing his prayer for bail on the ground that co-accused Rajesh Kumar has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 22.08.2025 in Cr. Misc. No. 18850 of 2025. The pickup van was recovered from the possession of co-accused Rajesh Kumar. The petitioner is under custody since 19.03.2024.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Bhagalpur in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56743 of 2025(2) dt.29-08-2025 2/2 connection with Rasalpur P.S. Case No. 08 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available on each and every date till conclusion of the trial.
