ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 16-03-2016 The petitioner was refused bail earlier by order dated 19.12.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 50717 of 2014 but again he has renewed the prayer for bail on the ground that the case had not been committed to the Court of Sessions on which the Court had called for an explanation in regard to the delay. It appears from the report of the Court below that the case was committed to the Court of Sessions much before present order calling for explanation was passed.

In such circumstances, I see no reasons for reviewing the earlier order dated 19.12.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 50717 of 2014 refusing bail to the petitioner.

The prayer is once again rejected. The trial Court is directed to hold the case on day to day basis in view of the direction of Hon'ble the Apex Court.
