JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 30-05-2016 After some argument, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, in presence of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents, seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to pursue his remedy, as provided under Section 137 of The Bihar Gram Panchayat Raj Act, 2006, and further with a liberty to agitate his grievances before the State Election Commission, Bihar, Patna. Permission is accorded.

The writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.

It goes without saying that the petition filed by the petitioner before the State Election Commission, Bihar, Patna, which appears to be pending, shall be decided in accordance with law at an earliest possible time.
