The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Suppi P.S. Case no. 93 of 2019, registered under Section 366 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that when informant Baby Jha woke up in the morning of 16.04.2019, then she did not found her granddaughter, aged about 20 years, in the house. In course of search, she came to know that her granddaughter has been kidnapped by Awdhesh Jha and Rubi Devi (petitioner) for the purpose of marriage and her granddaughter also took ornaments with herself.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is the co-villager of the informant and she has falsely

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Suppi P.S. Case No. 93 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438

(2) of the Cr.P.C.
