Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 336, 379, 307, 295-A and 153-A of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation is that the members of two communities quarreled and went up to create communal disharmony. Allegation is that the petitioner and others obstructed in discharge of official duty of the public servant. Petitioner is in custody since 06.10.2017.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5299 of 2018 (2) dt.01-02-2018 2/2 the case is pending in connection with Arwal Police Station Case No. 196 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
