The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No.940 of 2019 registered for the offences under Sections 332, 353, 379 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the first information report, the allegation against the petitioner is that the truck which was seized by the police was forcibly taken away by him along with driver by threatening home-guard deputed in the police station. In view of the allegations levelled against the petitioner and the driver of the truck that they forcibly took away the truck by threatening home-guard deputed in the police station, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
