The petitioner seeks bail in Jogbani (Bathnaha) P.S. Case No. 101/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant Rajiv Mandal named 22 persons including the petitioner Pravesh Mandal and alleged that they assaulted his father with fists and legs. Bidur Mandal is alleged to have assaulted with Lota on the head and chest of the father of the informant. No specific allegation is made against the petitioner Pravesh Mandal. Similarly situated co-accused Pankaj Mandal, Shekhar Mandal and others have already been enlarged on bail. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31850 of 2015 (2) dt.18-08-2015 2/2 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria, in connection with Jogbani (Bathnaha) P.S. Case No. 101/2014.
