The raid was conducted in village Rampur Chai and admittedly, petitioners were resident of village Rampur Chai. Although it is stated in the first information report that petitioners were caught on the spot and firearms were recovered from their possession but submission on behalf of the petitioners is that nothing had been recovered from possession of the petitioners and moreover, petitioners were arrested by the police on mere suspicion and petitioners do not have any criminal antecedent. .
