Petitioners seek bail in Dighwara P.S. Case No.19 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 304-B, 201/34 Indian Penal Code.
Counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are father-in-law and brother-in-law of the deceased. It is further submitted that one Manish Kumar, who is brother of the deceased, has given statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C., which has been enclosed as Annexure-2, wherein, he has levelled specific allegation of giving poison against husband of the deceased.
From the written report, it appears that there is general

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioners for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Dighwara P.S. Case No.19 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioners.
