The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 498A and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is the husband of the informant. The informant made allegation against all the accused persons including her brother-in-law that they brutally assaulted her. The informant did not make specific allegation of assault against the petitioner. Other accused persons have already been enlarged on bail. The injuries found on the person of the informant are simple in nature. The petitioner is in jail for more than three months. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of
