JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 26-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is an accused in a case under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.
Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected on 04.03.2015 with liberty to renew his prayer for bail after remaining 10 months in custody.
It appears that the name of the petitioner figured in the confessional statement of co-accused Rahul Yadav. The petitioner is in custody since 07.11.2014. He submits that he has remained in custody for more than 11 months. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at
