The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 578 of 2015 for the offences registered under Sections 406, 420, 506, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. In view of the fact that the petitioners have already deposited the amount of Rs. 5 lakhs in the court below on 29.09.2016 and the information has been given to the informant to receive the same, nothing further remains in this application. As such, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four
