One country made pistol and several cartridges are said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail since 11. 03.2015. Admittedly the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Syed K.H.Rizvi, J.M.
