JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 28-02-2018 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Earlier the prayer for bail of this petitioner was rejected by this Court with a direction to conclude the trial within a period of four months.

From perusal of the report, it appears that trial has not yet been commenced up till now and petitioner is in custody since 29.06.2017.

Heard the learned A.P.P. also.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.D.J.-II-cum-Special Court of Excise Act, Buxar in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3376 of 2018 (3) dt.28-02-2018 2/2 connection with Buxar (Industrial) P.S. Case No.95 of 2017 on condition that one bailor should be local bailor and petitioner will cooperate in trial on each and every date.
